My wife, Dana and I go through the types of things represented in the footage below on a daily basis. The dynamics of the masculine and feminine relationship to and with each other, can be endlessly eternally satisfyingly frustrating. Back in the early 1980’s, the Czechoslovakian born Jan Svanmajer illuminated and enlightened these types of human behaviorism’s with his particular brand of artw3rk. Which is like none other. Uber Brilliant ideas and stop animationz galore.
“Far Knee (Sue Acorns)”
A bangin’ track from my 2007 album, Reinventing the Orange. Still available, over at Polyvibe Records.
(*The follow up to which, is well underway in my underground.)
So this tasty, little nugget of sound-inspired visuals was recently created by the ineffable subliminator: Mr. A_Scissors Cunningham. To whom of which eYe am eternally grateful to have as a friend, a label mate, and a continued, contemporary inspiration. Spread Love..
and Baby-Arm Length, Santa Sausages:

Len Lye, born Leonard Charles Huia Lye (5 July 1901, Christchurch, New Zealand - 15 May 1980, Warwick, New York), was a New Zealand-born artist known primarily for his experimental films and kinetic sculpture.
This guy has to be remembered as one of the all-time, transcendent pioneers of experimental film-making and animation. His flicks just blow me away. especially knowing how long ago they were made. Attached below are 3 of my favorite Len Lye Films. “Rainbow Dance” is like a frickin’ Beck video made 3 - 4 decades before he was even born. Boomness.
Len Lye - “rhythm” [1957]
Len Lye “A Colour Box” (1935) + “Free Radicals” (1958)
